We’ve known James and his wife for nearly 12 years — long before he became our agent — and choosing him to guide us through this home‑buying process was one of the best decisions we made. This wasn’t an easy journey, but every challenge we faced had to do with the lender and the builder, not James. Through all of it, he showed up for us in every possible way. James helped us find a great inspector, walked us through multiple blue‑tape walkthroughs, and even he and his wife (Brittany) answered several lender‑related questions for us despite the fact that we weren’t using them as a lender due to builder incentives. He never hesitated to help, even when the questions weren’t technically his responsibility — and some of those answers were extremely important for us. He showed up every single time we needed him, including at closing, and even surprised us with a thoughtful gift card. This man went a step above and far beyond to get us into the home that our family needed. And to get the home that we were in sold! Had some minor abrasions along the way but that’s a given considering our circumstances. Showing after showing on our old home and on potential homes for us, he stayed collected and professional throughout. James even helped figure out an issue on our kitchen sink that had me baffled!!
