This man went a step above and far beyond to get us into the home that our family needed. And to get the home that we were in sold! Had some minor abrasions along the way but that’s a given considering our circumstances. Showing after showing on our old home and on potential homes for us, he stayed collected and professional throughout. James even helped figure out an issue on our kitchen sink that had me baffled!! James represented us as we were buying a condo while selling our larger home. The process of the two closings was absolutely ridiculous with constant barriers which delayed closing. Going back to the beginning, James was always available and responsive as we looked at different properties. We encountered some issues even with the simple process of looking at properties but James always did his utmost to rectify the situation. The day we were supposed to move into our new condo, we were stuck waiting outside for funding due to the incompetence of the buyer of our other properties lender. James was able to work it out after a 2.5 hour wait for us to access the property while funding cleared for the next day. I have learned through this process that there is a huge amount of incompetence in the industry. James was a a stand out through the disaster of incompetence we experienced. It you are looking for an agent that is reliable and that you can count on, James is your man. I highly recommend him without hesitation!
