James went above and beyond what I thought a realtor would do for us. I was nervous about purchasing out of state, but James gave us a wonderful virtual showing with clear visuals of the home and such a detailed view of every part of the home. This helped with many aspects of deciding if we wanted to purchase our home. He also answered so many questions and was very personable and kind. James was referred to us by my sister who greatly valued his expertise when moving to Sarasota in 2019. We purchased a new home in April. While the home was being built he would check on its progress every other week. He took the time to walk thru and record it inside & out. We valued those updates as we were over 1000 miles away. Upon our closing he made sure to be present during the final walkthrough and we were grateful for his assistance in dealing with issues that presented themselves during that process. He continues to check in to insure things are going well and that the builder follows through on outstanding items. We highly recommend him for anyone buying a new build or existing home.

James was fantastic from start to finish and was very open about the good the bad and the ugly on the road to what could happen during the sale of our home. As fate would have it, it seemed like most of the "this almost never happens, but COULD" did come up, but even when they did, James was excellent at helping us navigate through them. Even during the last phases of closing, we experienced a sudden death in the family and my wife and I had to sign the closing documents on opposite sides of the country. Despite how sudden it was, it seemed like only a few texts and a phone call with him to get accommodations in place as to not delay the house closing. For all the things that could go wrong, James helped make it an extremely smooth process!
