James was nothing short of an outstanding professional throughout our entire home-buying process. My husband is active duty military and our need for a home arose suddenly and we tasked James with a nearly impossible ask - to not only find us a home we could love and grow into as a family, with a large backyard for our two dogs, but to find the perfect home for us and close on it so we could move in within about four weeks all while my husband and I were completely remote and not even in the state. I think most would have scoffed at this request, but from the beginning it felt like James was on our team and was going to make the impossible happen. He was always ready to jump on any requests we had for him, whether it was answering our calls, texts, or emails at all times of day, or getting over to a house we were interested in as soon as possible. As first-time home buyers, he also took care to communicate every detail to us and made sure we understood what the process was going to look like and kept us informed of every single step occurring and what we needed to consider next. James is clearly incredibly knowledgable when it comes to real estate and really made us feel like we had someone advocating for our best interests during the whole process. James helped me buy my new home. It was a complicated sale with a lot of delays but he was proactive with updating the agreement several times and helping keep everything track. There were delays with the inspection and home owners insurance and the lender. I was so relieved to finally close! I think the delays would have taken longer without James monitoring the progress so well.
