James first moved to SW Florida with his family in 1989, when his father retired from the Washington D.C. Police Department. Over the next 34+ years, he has lived and traveled all over SW Florida, where he gained a wealth of knowledge about his chosen home. James moved back to south Cape Coral in 2000 from Venice, Fl to be closer to family.
The outdoors is one of the big reasons why James chose to live in Lee County. In fact his passion for the outdoors led him to volunteering with Lee County Parks and Recreation as a naturalist interpreter at Bunche Beach, near Sanibel Island. He's recently earned his Florida Master Naturalist designation in 2015 and his real estate Broker's license in 2016.
