James is NOT a “Diamond in the Rough”; James is a “Spectacular Refined Diamond”

I cannot say enough about my experience with James. Top-notch knowledge providing comparisons of other surrounding estates for sale. Including in those comparisons reasons why they may be listed slightly higher or lower than the price we had decided on listing; and he broke it down reasons on how he arrived at the price. James was always professional. He always answered questions with such knowledge explaining the what why, when, where, how come. If having to leave a message, James would return my call within a short time; most times within the hour. He would send documents & explain in depth the reason why so you understood the meaning of the information. I had had another realtor for a year without any movement or communication. James & Margaret were referred to me, so I called to set up an appointment. On initial contact, I knew I did the right thing. Within a week, I received a call with an offer. As I said, I cannot say enough about James & his wife, Margaret. They both go beyond their job description. I include his wife, Margaret, because again, the ole saying; “Behind every successful man is a good woman”.🙂 They both work together so well. I don’t normally complete referrals, but James helped me in my realty sales so much. I have no regrets.
