James and the Beaches to Ranches Team have been an absolute pleasure to work with. When you hear it said that you need to find a good agent, they were talking about James. We live 1400 miles away but, we may have well been in the neighborhood. He kept us informed constantly in the buying process and understood what we were looking for. We flew for a weekend to look at the Hernando Beach area and he spent the entire day with us and didn't rush or make us feel like he had somewhere else he'd rather be. We ultimately bought and the everything for the offer to closing went very smooth. I can't recommend him enough
