Buying a home can be nerve wrecking enough, but how about buying one in another state when you can’t always be there? Even more nerve wrecking. Fortunately for us, we had Jim on our side to handle the details for our purchase 1500 miles away. From meeting with the sellers to even being available when both the inspection and exterminators showed up, Jim was there for us. And then, to top it all off, he mentioned he would be driving back to AZ with a trailer from out of state and even though our location wasn’t exactly convenient for him, he offered to drive out of his way to pick up our furniture going to the new purchase! Who does that??? Jim Russell does. He truly went the extra mile for us. He is our agent for life.
