James Roberts (Jim) was considered more of a friend than a real estate agent by my father. I continued to work with Jim after my father's passing. He went above and beyond in working to sell my father's property. Jim helped with preparing the property for sale, fulfilling many of the chores/duties the owner would have been responsible for. He communicated with us continuously and helped us overcome any issues.
