I wanted to push the envelope on price as I felt the other units had left too much on the table and i had spent a lot of money upgrading the unit. It is also located in a premier location in the complex. As hot as the market was/is in south Florida and the amount I had to spend to clear the title of the unit, I wanted to recoup some of that expenditure and there was no need to rush the sale. James uses very updated processes to effect selling and it saves a hugh amount of time and effort on the part of the seller and realtor. He is true professional realtor who uses new communication media to great effect. Paper moves fast via electronic digital means. He updates progress with you once a week and is accessible whenever you call him. He does not panic when things get messy and preservers to effect acceptable outcomes. Our Condo in Lauderdale By The Sea was recently sold by JR.He never waivered in the asking price, because he knew what the Condo was worth. We agreed on the price and he never suggested in lowering it. In spite of the covid pandemic when it was difficult at times to arrange appointments he was constantly finding ways to show the condo. He also was responsible for keeping the condo in tip top shape , because we were not able to travel to Florida.
