Jim was very timely in responding to meet with us regarding the sale of my mother’s house.
Jim met with my mother and I regarding the sale of her house. He quickly assessed the value of her home and had already pulled comps to show us what other homes had sold for in her neighborhood. He gave us his professional opinion of what he felt was a good price point to list it at and the home sold on the first day it was on the market. Follow-up questions with the house, documents, closing etc. were handled by his assistant Kathy who was wonderful to work with. She responded quickly to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this team to work with for any of your real estate needs.
