James and Karen were awesome. Guided us through an interstate move. They were able to negotiate a new construction home deal for a fraction of the cost of older homes. Saved us a lot of money and we got more than we expected. James and Karen were responsive to every request. Fastest closing and move we could have imagined. Thanks a lot.
