As a first time homebuyer, I had NO idea what I was getting myself into. James made things so easy for me. Never "salesy". He was always very informative when I asked questions. He lets the homes speak for themselves and actually cared about how I felt about each home. He was an advocate for me during the negotiating and closing processes and if I ever had any questions I knew I could give him a call and get an answer right away. He's so easy to work with and I trusted him right away. Just a really great person in general! I wouldn't refer my friends or family to anyone else.
