Coldwell Banker Heartside was the most often realtor used in our community. We called Jim answered the phone and then a great relationship developed. Jim is knowledgeable, honest and reliable. He priced our home correctly, provided us with many options, and worked diligently to to help us meet our preferences. I have already recommended Jim to 3 other people for the sale of there home, plus 2 neighbors who will be selling in the distant future. Jim is a seasoned realtor, who has provided us with in depth analysis of what it was like to sell our home in our community. We had 4 offers in 6 days and Jim guided us through the process. The 2 key attributes that stick out significantly for me are his honesty, and his attentiveness. I consider Jim today as more of a friend who had our best interest in mind.
