Had a great experience working with James (“Jimmy”) LoVallo from LoVallo Real Estate from start to finish. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and always kept us informed throughout the entire process. Since we were selling our parents’ home, it was important to have someone local who truly understood the area and market—and Jimmy delivered. He moved quickly to get professional photos taken and the listing live in a very short timeframe, and the write-up was excellent. The property generated strong early interest once it hit the market. We also needed to complete some work before the sale (connecting the sump pump and gutters to the sewer), and Jimmy took the lead by coordinating estimates, checking in on the progress, and making sure we had the proper certification completed on schedule. Any questions we had, he followed up on promptly and thoroughly. He made the whole process much easier and kept everything moving smoothly from listing through completion.
