From the start of the process to sell the house, you could tell Jim was a person you could trust. If he did not have the answer to a question, he said he would find out, he researched it and provided a prompt response. Jim sat with us and we discussed the whole process. He walked through our home and we discussed a solid asking price. You couldn’t have asked for a better result. The listing went active very quickly. On day one we had 8 showings, Day 2 we had 9 showings and 5 quality offers. We cancelled the rest of the showings and shortly had a buyer and we closed on the house. Our neighbors were very impressed with the amount of showings we had. Jim gave us his cards to hand out because our neighbors were asking about him. We appreciated Jim’s assistance in selling our home. His professionalism, friendliness, and abilities to provide support in every instance was extremely helpful. Jim came out to the house after we called and explained the process to us, which was a lot different than the experience we had with another realtor last summer when we first decided to try to sell our home.
