Jim was one of three realtors that we contacted to help sell the house my parents had built and lived in for 59 years. He was recommended by my Dad's brother after their house sold within days of listing and they were most comfortable with him. Jim met frequently with my parents and me and patiently explained the process and expectations for selling the house. He was engaged in every step of the process. Jim set things up so I was notified of every showing and offered recommendations concerning the three offers received after a couple dozen showings. He gave references for estate sale liquidators. I can't tell you enough how great Jim has been. I first met Jim while housing hunting in 2019. He served my husband and I well and we bought a 3-bedroom house in Lapeer.
