James Kwon is an excellent Real Estate Broker and Business owner. Unlike most part time Realtors, Mr. Kwon is extremely knowledgeable and hardworking. One of the many things my wife and I enjoyed was his quick response time and eagerness to please. Although eager to please, Mr. Kwon is a no no nonsense Realtor. He will tell it to you the way he sees it and not sugar coat the good, bad, and the ugly. I appreciated his honesty and negotiation skills when we sold our prior home and purchased our current one. Mr. Kwon provided us with up to date market analysis reports that helped us become educated and comfortable making difficult buying/selling decisions.
