James is very professional, diligent, responsive and helpful. We live in Texas so couldn’t go look at houses whenever we liked. He helped us navigate which houses and lots were ideally located and suited for us. He helped us with the negotiation, the inspection and the closing as weren’t there for any of it. He drove us around and showed us some different amenities and clubhouses/restaurants that essentially sold us on moving eventually to DM. He was patient with us and kept us in the loop of upcoming properties and his guidance was so helpful that we found exactly what we were looking for just over a month ago. He has a great ability to market himself and his community through social media and is just a first rate guy!! His advice during the negotiation process was spot on and very valuable.
