James went above and beyond what most realtors would do in getting a deal done on both the sell and buy side. He is knowledgeable, available, calm, has a high degree of integrity and listens well. He ended up handling many issues that other realtors I have worked with leave to the client and even after our closing, he stepped in and handled some things that were not his ultimate responsibility.
