OMG! Jim Kelley is literally the best agent in the US!!!

You may think that I'm exaggerating but I'm not! Jim has been my realtor during many transactions, I would say over the past almost 20 years. He assisted my husband and I while we were doing real estate investing so I've had many purchases, sales and closings with Jim. At this point, we consider him our family real estate agent! He helps all of us including my kids to find, purchase and sell our homes. His knowledge of the industry and the current real estate market is second-to-none. He always gives great advice about listing prices and strategies to get the most out of each transaction. He recently helped me purchase a home and his expert use of the escalation clause saved me about $20K on my purchase even with multiple offers on the table. He stays on top of every aspect of the sales and closing process. You will feel well connected to the process and will know that he's looking out for your best interest throughout. He's kind and sensitive to your needs and deals with other agents with the highest level of professionalism. Let me say it again, he really is the best agent in the US and my family relies on his expertise and he has never let us down. I can't recommend Jim more highly! Do yourself a favor, he's the dude! LOL
