Jim know what was best for me before I did. This property was not in a great neighbor but since I maintained the property, Jim know I could get top dollar for it. After two filed contracts on the buyer's end, Jim never gave up, even when I did. He knew from his years of experience he could get me the max amount for the area, which he did. He made sure everything was taking care of so I didn't have to worry about anything dealing with the house. He informed me of any updates as soon as he knew. I will never use another person other then Jim unless he has personally trained that other person and he gives his approval. Two great experiences within 2 years, he helped me purchase my home 2 years ago and I still love it and now the sale of a property I thought I could never get rid of for a great profit.
