James is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. We were selling a condo and he walked us through absolutely everything. He was excellent at coaching us when/if/how to complete items from the inspection as well as how to price to sell and what upgrades or changes needed to be completed prior to listing. In addition he took care of all financial details thus removing that burden. I highly recommend James!!!
