After having an issue with my original lender (They disappeared) James made a recommendation for a local lending company the turned out to be an incredible recommendation especially since the house I ended up buying was a few doors down from the house my lender owns. James was even kind enough to show up to my closing to ensure I was comfortable with everything. James has also been a life long local of the Brevard County area. James has several good contacts for local homeowners services as well a great deal of knowledge of the area.
