Responsive. James responded quickly to any questions I had and if he didn’t have the answer he would go and find it. Reassuring through the whole nerve racking process. Knowledgeable. Gave references for insurance, inspection, title company, and even said that he’s done with with the lender I was using before and said they’re good people.
