Jimmy is so responsive, I had put off selling this home for several years. Finally I called Jimmy and after our meeting put the house on the market. When I met James, I thought there was absolutely no way we’d be able to sell our home in the condition it was in. Not only did we sell, but our first offer came one day after listing. Responsive. James responded quickly to any questions I had and if he didn’t have the answer he would go and find it. Reassuring through the whole nerve racking process. Knowledgeable. Gave references for insurance, inspection, title company, and even said that he’s done with with the lender I was using before and said they’re good people.
