Jimmy was an amazing realtor! He never made us feel like a burden for touring all the houses we wanted to see. It felt like he genuinely cared about finding us what we really wanted. He was really knowledgeable about a laws or topic pertaining to ANYTHING real estate, and if he didn’t know, he’d find out quickly for us. I would recommend Jimmy 1000x!!!!

I have been looking at properties for about two + years, looking for that specific property that would fit in with the next chapter in my life. With this search, I have worked with several agents and it felt as though no one was taking me seriously and/ or seemed to give up on me. I knew what I was looking for and didn't want to just settle. Then, this year I put in an inquiry into a property...that is where I met my agent, James. Well, even though the property wasn't what I had in mind, James didn't give up on me. Mind you, I was not looking for a high dollar property, something simple and with the current market, something feasible on cost since I already own and wanted to do a slow transition. We both continually scoured the market all over Central Florida, he understood my needs so when James saw something of possible interest, he would reach out to me and likewise, if I saw something he would make every effort to schedule a showing that fit in with my schedule while communicating with the selling agent along the way with any concerns or questions I had. We did finally find that specific property I have been looking for and I am ready and excited to get this next chapter started! Thank you James for your patience, diligence, understanding, communication and politeness. You are definitely one in a million! To sum it up..I would highly (5 Star) recommend James when buying or selling a home.

Jimmy was fantastic to work with. We met at a local event one evening and he was super easy to talk to - no pressure, just a regular guy. I gave him my information and he contacted me the following week. We sat down in his office and he did an interview to understand what was important for our home. He helped me learn about the area, gave honest feedback along the way and showed me every house I wanted to see. We spent many weekends and evenings shopping the inventory and he was always eager and ready to go. He was extremely responsive to text messages, phone calls and emails and made the process very easy. After the sale was closed he even stopped by to help remove some items the sellers left behind and he checked on us to make sure all was good. He even stopped by a couple of weeks after closing and left us a very thoughtful house-warming gift. I would highly recommend working with Jimmy due to his kind nature, thoughtful guidance, and easy-going personality (but don't get me wrong - he will have the tough conversations too).
