Jameshelped guide us through a difficult time as we sold my father in laws house after he passed. Difficult market conditions as well as an outdated home proved challenging to us but not to James. His approach and guidance proved his expertise and we couldn’t have been happier with the result.

He understands the tactics that buyers will try and makes sure that his clients are represented with the highest quality professionalism. We dealt with many different buyer agents with the sale of our house and I was absolutely appalled by the nonsense they would present. James was so easy to work with. We interviewed several agents/agencies when we were ready to put our house on the market. Most were very pushy, but we really felt like he put our needs and wishes first- he was happy to work with our time line and he was always willing to come get the house ready to show if we were busy or out of town. His communication was outstanding- He was quick to respond to questions, comments, and concerns and he was quick to forward feedback after we had a showing. His knowledge of the process was spot on-helping us thought all of the deadlines, addressing questions and concerns. His personal attention exceeded any and all expectations we had. If we ever need to sell or buy a house again-we would definitely list with him!

I can't say enough about what an absolute pleasure it was working with James. He was extremely generous with his time and very flexible. At no time during my search did I feel pressured to move or make decisions. While searching for my new home, James was able to offer a great deal of insight into property values for the areas and pointed out things relating to properties that I didn't notice on my own. He was a huge help during the negotiation process which ensured that I got what was important to me. He was also able to put me in contact with an fantastic and very thorough inspector.
