James "Jim" Green is a full time real estate professional with Terrie O'Connor Realtors in Ridgewood, NJ. Having grown up and resided in several towns in Bergen County, and currently living in the Pascack Valley area, Jim has developed a strong appreciation for all of the diverse people and places that Bergen County New Jersey has to offer. In addition to having a passion for real estate, Jim has worked in Law Enforcement. As a result, Jim's strong investigative and research skills have given him a natural talent in finding the perfect home, investment, or rental property for his clients. His experience as a skilled negotiator earned from both his professional life and personal investment property purchases, also helps him get his clients the most value for their home. His down-to-earth demeanor and common sense approach also makes the transaction process as straightforward as possible. Jim holds Bachelor's Degrees in Criminal Justice and Geography from Rowan University, as well as a Master's Degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. In his off-time, Jim enjoys spending time watching Mets games with his young children, relaxing next to a firepit with his wife, and some long toss frisbee with his black lab.
