Don’t pay a 6% or even a 5% commission to sell your house when The Geddes Group will do it for a lot less and actually deliver more tangible services in how they advertise their listings. The Geddes Group aligns their interests perfectly with sellers and not their own. Be sure to ask them about their geographically and demographically targeted advertising they do on Facebook and other web sites. It’s nothing less than amazing.
