I am a top producing Real Estate Agent for Century 21 Hometown Realty in Santa Maria. And Century 21 Masters is the #1 Real Estate company on the Central Coast. Century 21 Masters is also the largest Real Estate company in the State of California. I made top three in the State of California for Century 21. I offer Real Estate services in the geographical area between Santa Barbara and Paso Robles. I also have a network of Real Estate Agents throughout the Country in case you wish to relocate out of State. I am an expert in buying and selling of residential properties, multi-units, investment properties, vacant land, and commercial Real Estate. I am fluent bilingual in English and Spanish. In 1992, I commenced my Real Estate Investments. In 2004, I obtained my Real Estate license and worked with Century 21 Advantage. In my first year of business with Century 21, I became the top producing agent and was the recipient of the Centurion Award. I was the first Real Estate Agent to have receive the Centurion Award in their first year of business. This award is like receiving an Oscar Award in Real Estate. I also have a Registered Trademark which I am very proud of. It is a gold seal with superimposed house and a hand shake which states “the seal of difference”. This statement represents who I am. I am very hard working, ethical, and I do my work with integrity. To me, Real Estate is more than just a job, it is my passion, it is my career. On a personal note, I am originally from Los Angeles and graduated from Garfield High School in 1979. I continued my education at UCSB, earning my bachelor’s degree in Business and Political Science. I also attended Law School at the Santa Barbara College of Law. After college, I worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor in the Workers Compensation system for 15 years of which 13 of those years were self- employed. During this time, I also did Real Estate Investments.
I have been married for over 36 to my beautiful and loving wife, Linda. She has her private practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist. We have three wonderful children. My youngest son, Anthony is a Medical Doctor, married and with two children. My daughter, Deanna has a master’s degree as a licensed Social Worker which she obtained from UCLA. She is married and they have one child. My daughter Renee is a Business Manager. She is married and has four children. We have a total of seven precious grandchildren and one great grandchild.
