We recently sold our Dad's house through Jim and could not have been happier with our sales experience. What made the sale tricky was that while the house was located in Fairmont, we live in South Dakota and New Mexico. Jim and his team did an excellent job of communicating with all of us throughout the entire process and stepped up to help in situations that required onsite action when we couldn't be there in person. They definitely went above and beyond the expected duties of a realtor and we very much appreciated that. On a personal note, the house was being sold because Dad is in memory care and Jim, at our initial meeting, asked about our family and what the house had meant to our parents.
