Jackie Jersak (partner of Jim Draper) is an outstanding real estate agent. After seeing her listing on the weekend, I called her up; she responded the same day and arranged a video tour. The house looked great, but I couldn't travel to MN, so we arranged an on-site tour with a friend. I explained my situation and my budget, which she discussed with the seller and we quickly agreed on a price. Jackie coordinated the inspection and helped me address some issues that came up. She has a great list of local resources and people who were very helpful with assessing some problems. Once the agreement was finalized, Jackie put me in touch with people who took care of various services. She even arranged on-site appointments so that I could get the work set up before my arrival for the closing. And during a trip to Minneapolis, she picked up my office equipment from Best Buy at Mankato. After the closing, which went very smoothly, she remains a valued and trusted person. I feel very fortunate in having her as a real estate agent!
