I have known Jim Burgess for 56 to 57 years. I didn't know that he was in the real estate business until we ran onto each other at a function. When my brother got ill I was forced to sell his home and Jim was my first and only call. Jim came over the next day and took a look at the home. He made several suggestions to make the place more marketable. Later that week he came over with a list of comparables and we agreed on a listing price. We signed papers and the house went on the market on Friday of that week. Jim called me on Monday and said he had heard from three other realtors with offers in hand. We met for dinner (he bought), picked the most advantageous deal and it was a done deal.

Jim did an excellent job getting the best offer for our home. He was knowledgeable of the process and kept us informed about everything. He was already reachable when needed. I would definitely recommend!
