James was thoughtful and dedicated, he drove us around to see properties on multiple days, met us at odd hours to re-view homes, made himself available to resolve questions and issues, and worked his magic to make a smooth process and get us a great result!

We made a number of visits to investigate living at Rossmoor. At first we dreaded the long car ride from Santa Rosa to Walnut Creek. Until we found James Brown, we weren't sure of this move. He facilitated every aspect of finding a lender, making an informed and reasonable offer, and guiding us through escrow. He straightened out everything from a refrigerator delivery to making sure the property was clean, comfortable and heated when we arrived to stay on a rainy cold night. And it wasn't all business--we had many laughs through it all. We got to a point where we were looking forward to our trip from Santa Rosa, confident that James' knowledge and professionalism would provide a sturdy foundation for making the right decisions.
