He was always willing to offer his expertise as we were putting together offers. His support did not end after we had an offer accepted. Having just moved to the area we had no contacts. He found a thorough inspector and then suggested experts he knew to check out areas of concern. We didn't know James prior to this experience and now we consider him a friend.
