We cannot say enough about the professionalism we experienced with Jim. Our house hunt spanned over a year off and on coming close on a couple houses but no luck. After meeting Jim, we could see a difference in the level of interest helping out first time home buyers. Jim showed us a couple of places, gave us space to soak them in but they didn't quite meet our needs. We communicated with him what exactly we are looking for and within the next couple of days had options for us. That is when we found "the one". Jim was really excited that we fell in love with the house and led us through the entire process. It's not just that Jim is a good guy and wants to help, it's the fact that he made the offer and closing process seem like a breeze. He was constantly in touch with us and updating us throughout every step. As first time home buyers, it felt overwhelming at first to go through the buying process but it truly was such a great experience having Jim in our corner. When we went to put our offer in Jim gave us great advice about pricing and had comps ready to show us. It made us feel confident in our offer and our offer was accepted below listing price. Jim is very genuine and will go to bat for you, no matter how big or small the issue. Every little thing we wanted changed or added to the house before closing, Jim made it happen without question. Whether it was getting us a new stove installed, having a minor water issue fixed or even going as far to find out what brand the staging furniture was that we liked. Not to mention, once we closed Jim was there to hand us the keys with a very thoughtful house warming gift. We cannot say enough about the service we received from Jim and we would recommend him to any home buyer in the market. Thanks again for everything, Jim!

Jim is the best! He is friendly and honest, has open communication, and he’s on top of paperwork or whatever needs to be completed.
