James was a go getter. No grass growing under his feet! He was super responsive and helpful. If you want to get things moving then give him a call. I flew in from out of state and he spent a weekend with me looking at houses. Found one, made an offer and we were off to the races just that quick! Doesn't hurt that he's a nice guy as well.

James worked on selling this house for me even while he and Emily were on vacation I told him not to do that because they deserved to have time together without trying to sell a house but never the less James called me several times while he was away and he actually worked out the deal while he was away. I cannot praise James enough for all he has done for me.
