James is hands down the beat realtor in the Fredericksburg area. I'd recommend him to anyone. He's focused on your family and your needs, he's motivated to move quickly in a market that requires quick action but he's also careful to not be pushy or force you in a direction that isn't right for your family. He set us up to see houses that were available on the market and any that we said we were interested in, he was ready to take us to, same day. If you're looking to sell, buy, or both James is your guy. He made our coinciding close easy, no stress, and his team got us closed on time with no delays. Don't trust the largest decision and purchase you'll probably ever make to anyone else.

James worked on selling this house for me even while he and Emily were on vacation I told him not to do that because they deserved to have time together without trying to sell a house but never the less James called me several times while he was away and he actually worked out the deal while he was away. I cannot praise James enough for all he has done for me.
