James is fantastic! I don’t believe in coincidences; we were meant to work with each other. After meeting, we found out that I bought my first house from him 7 years ago; and this year he helped me sell that house! Wild! Thought out this, incredibly SMOOTH process, James maintained enthusiasm and confidence about selling my home! I loved this! He has a way of making you feel as if you are talking to a friend and a professional at the same time! His listing price numbers were right on which were predicted months before my house went on the market! He was very responsive to the many questions I had along the way. My house sold within 24 hours, 10k above asking, with no contingencies! That’s a win for me!
