Our home was on the market for over 6 months when I asked Jake to be our realtor (he came as a strong recommendation from a friend). Man, did we hit the jackpot! We had a very unique home in a very unique community and he put in the work to get it out there to buyers. I’ve never known anyone as hard working and effective as Jake. He is a STELLAR communicator, and was always honest but positive. We never had to wonder what was going on which was a very different experience with the previous two realtors. We hit roadblock after roadblock with a potential buyer but Jake never stopped working to get us to the finish line. His network is vast and his relationships are strong… no one else could have (or would have) done what he did to close the deal. We are beyond grateful to have found him and if you want your house sold or looking to buy, do not go with anyone else. Wish I could give a thousand stars to Jake - he’s that good.
