This was our first home sale, and my wife and I were a little anxious about how the process would play out. Jake walked us through the process with ease and reassured us through the entire process. The listing was very professional and the picture were beautiful and included a 3D tour. The home sold quickly with no issues. We moved out of state before the close of escrow. Jake looked in on the property and and watered the plants regularly until we closed. Jake was great! This was a first-time home-buying experience for us, and Jake was so incredible in how he carefully walked us through everything. Jake and I spoke briefly about the possibility of looking into First Time Homebuyer Programs in early February. Weeks later, Jake called me to let me know about a fantastic program we'd qualify for, put us in contact with a lender who would be able to explain things in detail and assist with our application, and took us to see homes the next day, find one we really loved, and put in an offer on the very first day the program was available. Because he helped us to find the program, we were able to buy a home 5+ years before we'd previously planned to. Because he urged us to act quickly, our application was approved, where as if we had waited, we may have missed out entirely. Jake was a fantastic resource during the buying process, quick to respond, encouraged our many, many questions, and helped us zero in on what was really important to us in a home. Once our offer was accepted, Jake was also instrumental in making sure that we did everything we could to lower our closing costs, which wound up being several thousand dollars less than we expected. After the close of escrow, Jake was able to refer us to both a handyman and a painter, both of whom did fantastic work for us. I've already referred Jake to friends and family members, and will happily continue to do so. It was a pleasure to work with Jake to buy our first home, and we hope to work with him again in the future!
