He has a very calm, kind, and has a balanced demeanor that immediately put us at ease, and I truly felt like we were in good hands. Throughout the process, that steady presence made a huge difference. When stressful situations came up—as they inevitably do—he handled everything with such calm and professionalism. That helped my husband and I stay grounded and confident in our decisions. Overall, he just handled everything exceptionally well.
