This was Jairo’s first sale and I have to say, he exceeded my expectations. I told him exactly what I was looking for, and he delivered, LOWER than my capped out price. The only issue we really had was our schedules! It was 50/50 on both parts, as Jairo was working a second job more often and my schedule was unstable.
