Do NOT trust this agent!
Jaimie Chen was my agent. The house I was interested in had been on the market for less than a week, and she told me there were already 4 or 5 offers. She suggested that I add $5,100 to the listing price and promised me 1% of the house price. I trusted her, but later discovered it was a trick. It has now been 3 months since closing, and I have never received the 1% that she promised. Do NOT trust this agent! Choose someone else or another company.
