When purchasing our home with a different realtor, we had a poor experience which led to a negative sentiment about the Realtors industry.. After selling our home with Jaime, our perspective couldn’t be further from that! Jaime was responsive, knowledgeable, and earned his commission several times over. Here’s a few highlights: - Helped us determine whether we should time the market in the Spring or sell now (we are happy we sold sooner) - Determined whether any upgrades were worth it prior to listing. (Most weren’t) He saved us time and money on this decision! - Extremely responsive. I don’t think I ever waited more than 30 minutes for a text or phone call back. - Researched and priced the home effectively so that we built demand FAST, and sold at top dollar. - Lined up viewings so that we had dozens in the first 24 hours. - Secured an offer (well above ask) and at the high end of our desired range. - Required the offer-acceptance to allow him hold the open-house anyways, so that we had backups buyers. - Negotiated a great inspection objection when a few unexpected items popped up. - Took care of everything with us already living out of state.
