I don’t think I ever waited more than 30 minutes for a text or phone call back. - Researched and priced the home effectively so that we built demand FAST, and sold at top dollar. - Lined up viewings so that we had dozens in the first 24 hours. - Secured an offer (well above ask) and at the high end of our desired range. - Required the offer-acceptance to allow him hold the open-house anyways, so that we had backups buyers. - Negotiated a great inspection objection when a few unexpected items popped up. - Took care of everything with us already living out of state.
