I had been looking for a townhome with Jaime in N.C. , while living on the West Coast. We reached for a week while on vacation but found nothing. Knowing what my house wish list was Jaime kept looking. She found one & I bought , moved and have been in N. C. for 6 yrs. Jaime has since handled several other purchases & sales for me. Prior to listing Jaime made suggestions on how to prepare the home for listing. Jaime asked us what price we would want and she researched what would be the best price. She was also hands on in preparing the house for market.

Taking a job in Greensboro, NC required us moving here from Florida. While driving through neighborhoods we came across an open house showing and went in. There we met Jaime, who was the agent showing the home, We put in an offer for the home, yet were outbid. However, Jaime proved to be very knowledgeable, professional and took a sincere interest in us as clients and individuals. Jaime is the best agent my wife and I have ever had!! Her personal knowledge and skills, in regards to home maintenance, repairs, and decorating is unsurpassed. By the time our home hit the market, it looked so good, I was downright depressed we were selling it. Her input regarding pricing was data driven and right on. Jaime really gives her clients the personal touch. After the first few showings, there were some comments about road noise in our back yard. Jaime showed the initiative to place a water fountain/feature on our back deck which really helped. Her experience was also invaluable when it came to navigating the new buyer's requested repairs list. There was not a single item on the list that she did not have personal experience with which really put us in the driver's seat.
