I am a full-time professional realtor based in Tempe and downtown Phoenix. I've frequently sold homes in the East Valley and Phoenix-Scottsdale. To serve my clients I draw on experience investing in quality rentals and redesigning historic homes. I believe homeownership is a key factor in long-term financial security, and am thrilled to work with first-time buyers. For sellers, I am able to suggest strategic modifications as needed to enhance the financeability and marketability of the home - to ensure the maximum net profit. I have a background in ecological and energy-efficient design, and a love of homes with character. Please reach out if I may be able to help you with your real estate needs, I'd be happy to interview with you.
