Jaime was such a pleasure to work with. As first time home buyers, we were not sure what to expect or what we were honestly getting ourselves into. Jaime listened to what we were looking for as we toured possible homes to purchase and found us the perfect home. She worked diligently to make sure that we got the best deal for the home as well as provided us with a great referral for a home inspection company. She even went over every piece of paper work from the initial contracts through the final paperwork (including the home inspection and other reports we had done to ensure the home was in good condition) to make sure we understood what we were signing and that we were comfortable throughout the process. As an example of her above and beyond efforts, she met us at her office late one night to sign the initial offer because it was our first time purchasing a home and we wanted to go over everything in person! Jaime has always been super responsive to every little question we've asked of her, whether it was via text or email she was always there to help. We fully expected some lag time being that we were looking over the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years holidays (which would've been completely understandable) but there wasn't any which made us even more happy that we found her. Jaime has also provided us with some recommendations for contractors to complete some work on our new home now that we're in there. We definitely will be recommending Jaime to all of our friends and family who will be looking to purchase or sell a home in the future.
