When we contacted Jaime to discuss the potential sale of our home, she prepared an synopsis of every property in our area that may be comparable to ours. She did this in a presentation that outlined each of the pros and cons of the competition to our home on the market. Based on her research, we priced the home at an accurate reflection of it's worth based on our market and location. I have sold three homes prior to this and NO ONE ever put that much effort into analysis prior to having a listing with a client. This resulted in the sale of our house in two days from the time the listing hit the market. We closed and moved within one month of the listing date and got the price we asked. I can't tell you how impressed we are with her work, her work ethic, and the thoroughness with which our sale was addressed. One of the most professional people with whom I have ever worked. Jaime will work very hard for you! She follows through with everything she tells you she'll do up front to sell your home. For example, if she says she'll knock on neighbors' doors to tell them about your Open House event, she will! She lets you know what she expects out of you too so you feel you're working together.
