She held two very timely open houses and marketed them very well and developed several good prospects as a result. In this market, resale is very challenging as a result of several very large home builders continually flooding the market with new construction at bargain basement pricing. Nonetheless, Jaime brought us several offers in a very short period of time and we closed on the house much faster than we had anticipated.
